We offer free Click & Collect from Electric Avenue, 263 Northfield Avenue, Ealing, London W5 4UA. Orders can take up to 5 working days to arrive to store and you will be contacted when your item is ready for collection.
All electric scooter and bike orders will require a signature when they have been delivered via our courier service.
If you are not in and a neighbour cannot sign for your delivery, then our chosen courier will contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange for your item to be redelivered or collected by you in person.
If the courier makes three unsuccessful attempts to deliver the order to you, your item purchased will be returned to Electric Avenue.
Returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the courier charges. You will need to re-order your item to have it re-delivered.
Electric Avenue cannot be held responsible if a customer confirms incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.

All of our electrical products come with a 6 month warranty from the date of delivery of the product. Please fill in the form at the bottom of the page to validate your warranty.
The warranty covers against any original manufactural defects and covers the cost of labour and parts required to ensure the product is of working standard. This includes, motor, boards and battery faults. You must have proof of purchase and be the first person to have purchased / used the product. You must also validate your warranty by filling out the below form within 14 days of receipt of the product and submitting online or email to sales@electricavenueshop.co.uk.

Electric scooters are not to be used on cycle lanes, footpaths or roads in the UK. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that you operate your e-scooter within all country and local legislation.
The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds Electric Avenue and its owners free from any liability caused by their use.
